Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or bank details. PayPal may share your name, email, and payment confirmation with us so we can deliver your reading.

Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, approximate location (from IP address), pages viewed, referring website or ad, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Advertising information: If you arrive from an ad, we may receive campaign information such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: reply to your free question and deliver paid readings; schedule and manage your readings; process payments and prevent fraud; send you the emails or texts you ask for, including follow-ups about the reading you requested; improve the Site and measure how our ads and content perform; comply with legal obligations; and protect the safety and security of the Site and our clients.

When you text Mary or submit your phone number, you agree that Mary may text you back about your question, your reading, scheduling, and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any reading. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Directory / advisor SMS: If you apply to the Mary-approved advisor directory and choose to opt in to SMS, Love Psychic Mary (Ashly Rhodes) may text you about your application, listing status, Founding Member offers, and related directory notices. Frequency for directory SMS is up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is optional and not required to submit an application. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and the Reddit advertising pixel, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

9. Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email or text STOP to end texts.
