1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lovepsychicmary.com (the "Site") and the readings and services offered by Love Psychic Mary ("Mary," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, texting Mary, or purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase a reading. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Our Services

Mary offers love and relationship readings through methods such as clairvoyance, mediumship, and tarot, delivered by phone, text, or voice note, as well as free content, a free question offer, and a blog. Reading lengths, descriptions, and prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time, but changes will not affect readings you have already paid for.

4. Entertainment and Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

Readings are provided for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Mary's insights are her honest interpretation and are not statements of fact or guarantees. We make no promise about any outcome, including whether a relationship will begin, continue, or end, or whether any person will act in a particular way. You are always responsible for your own choices and decisions. Individual experiences and client reviews vary and do not guarantee similar results.

5. Not Professional Advice

Readings are not medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for it. Never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you heard in a reading. 6. The Free Question

Each new client may text Mary one free question. Mary aims to reply personally within 24 hours, but response times are not guaranteed. We may limit, change, or end the free offer at any time, and we may decline to answer questions that are abusive, unlawful, or ask for medical, legal, or financial decisions or for information about harming anyone. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

7. Booking, Payment, and Delivery

Readings are paid in advance through PayPal. After you pay, Mary will reach out to schedule your reading using the contact details you provide, so please make sure they are accurate. You are responsible for being available at the scheduled time. If you miss your appointment without notice, the session may be forfeited, though Mary may reschedule at her discretion.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because readings are personalized digital and time-based services, all sales are final once a reading has been delivered. If Mary is unable to deliver a paid reading, or if you contact us before your reading is scheduled, we will reschedule or refund you at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law, and you agree to contact us first before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

9. Text Messaging

By texting Mary or providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your question, reading, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or abuse Mary or anyone else; submit false or misleading information; attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Site; copy, scrape, or resell our content; or use our services to obtain readings about someone in order to stalk, harass, or harm them. We may refuse service or end your access at any time for violating these Terms.

11. Recordings and Confidentiality

Please do not record, copy, or publicly share Mary's readings or private messages without her written permission. Mary will treat your questions and readings as private, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, branding, the Love Psychic Mary name and logo, blog posts, and design, belongs to Love Psychic Mary or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.

13. Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonials on the Site are experiences shared by real clients on third-party review platforms. They reflect individual opinions, are not guarantees, and results vary.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party services such as PayPal, BitWine, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Psychic Mary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the reading at issue in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Love Psychic Mary from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at mysticmary43@gmail.com and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full effect.
